Risk Assessment

Risk assessment is a systematic process for identifying and evaluating events that could affect the achievement of objectives, positively or negatively. Such events can be identified in the external environment (e.g.,economic trends, regulatory landscape, and competition) and within an organisation’s internal environment (e.g., people, process, and infrastructure). When these events crosses with an organisation’s objectives they become risks. Risk is therefore defined as “the possibility that an event will occur and affect the achievement of objective and the goal of the company.

We will then identify Technology, Training and Process to take your service team to the next level.

Once we have executive buy in. STETSON oversee the implementation process from start to finish STETSON will then start implementing improvements within your company such as adding new concepts, technology and process you may need.

Once this is completed we then move to training your staff so they are able to use new technology and learn any new system in place, so they can do their job efficiently and without any difficulty giving your company a smooth transition with no headache.

STETSON monitors key performance indicators at 2 week intervals, adjusting strategies as needed We know as with any change, especially inside a company, it will take time to adjust to a new system and this could have a negative result to your business.

In order to make sure and prevent any negativIty, we will monitor your company every 2 weeks to make sure all the systems in place are working correctly and all the staff have become used to the new systems.
